Hello everyone,
I hope there are still people reading my blog! I apologize for not posting anything or showing up online for about two months now! This is the last month of the semester and it's getting so crazy with all the paper and deadlines. I have to turn in two papers for next week, all with the piles of homework that each professor gives! They give so much homework as if their course is the only one we're taking. Anyway, I'm still alive. Hope this semester will end just as good as the last one. And I apologize for not replying any emails or offlines. I will try to post so soon, I know I've been saying this alot, but I can't help it. Time just flies away so fast sometimes!
Morbido!
I guess that's how I look right now!

It speaks, it speaks!!!! ;)
Tell me about, Morbido. This is the first weekend I've had relatively free of exams (with the exception of Mandarin next Wednesday) since at least three or four weeks ago. The end of the semester is in high gear here too, at West Lafayette. Even though I'm in my second year of undergrad, sometimes I think the profs only want to throw as much homework as humanly possible at us before finals. Good luck on yours!
Morbido, it is so nice to see your life sign! :) You are such a conscientious student that I think you are destined to become a professor someday! If so, I am sure you will be a good one and not give your students too much homework. ;) Well, best of luck with your papers and exams! Hope to see you here again soon!
Wow! You look really scared right now! Don't worry, I'm sure you will do well. :)
Oh my God! I look like that picture as well! You took the words out of my mouth wallahi especially the part of the professors giving assignments as if their course is the only one we are taking!
Glad to hear you are back.
Yup, I totally understand what you're going through. It seems we're all look like this freak these days. I had an exam and this week I'll have another two.
I think Professors know if they won't give homework we'll just read the stuff as if it was a newspaper ;)
Lol, your nose is getting smaller.
When I was at the university we used to complain about the same thing--each professor seemed to believe her or his course was, if not the only one we had, the only one that mattered.
I hope you are having moments of great understanding and fun in the middle of it. I still recall a class I had in physics (it was physics for people majoring in the humanities who were afraid of math, or something--the real scientists just laughed at us). I did very poorly in it (fortunately I had a pass/fail option for it..at least I passed!). But one day the professor was talking about force and equal and opposite reactions and he said "when you press on the earth with your foot, the earth presses back".
I still think of that sometimes. It made me grin with delight.
Are you having fun? Are you making lots of friends? How is your new roommate? Are you staying in the USA for the summer?
