The elections day is called "The Purple Revolution" here! Purple is for the ink. And by the way, it refuses to go, but it's not bothering me at all as it's not the first time I put my finger in ink for voting ;)
The curfew is over and life is back to normal now. The Iraqi TV channels are still celebrating the occasion... I'll keep you updated :)
